I think it's amusing that I feel as if I need to post this as breaking news, but I bit the bullet and ordered it. Unfortunately, it is backordered until the middle of March.
Now, on the one hand, in three weeks I'll probably be way over it. On the other, when the FedEx guy comes to my door with a package I'll have totally forgotten was coming, it'll be like freaking Christmas.

Maybe the backordering is the reason you can't find it in any stores, just like the blue bra model?
I too enjoy that receiving packages you totally forgot should be showing up thing... It really does feel like someone gave you a present, even if it's right off your own credit card. :)
Actually when I was ordering it online, I realized that the non-solid-color one is exclusive to Garnet Hill, a fact that the blurb in the print catalogue didn't make very clear, so I never would have found it in a store. So I was totally wasting my time on that. Bastards!
But, yeah, forgotten packages = awesomeness. Almost, but not quite, as good as finding a twenty in the pocket of a jacket you haven't worn in a while. :-)
When you find the twenty, we can guess where it goes, can't we?
